Hi, I am Karen and I have a special interest in healing of the soul - and the inner child.
The Heart of Us is a space where you can find solace, express yourself, and embark on a journey of healing and self discovery - in addition to one-to-one work, there are self-paced courses, meditations, online creative circles, inspirational posters, journals and more.
If there is a right fit, we can work together using the transformative power of storytelling and symbols meaningful to you in your healing process and have some fun, receive personal insight, clarity and inspiring moments along the way.

A healing space for Women to share from their heart and begin their healing journey. Or to look at inherited ancestral generational trauma, or unhelpful self beliefs. Limited individual sessions online or studio.
Putting a smile back on a child's face
Helping to uncover the underlying or real worry, and support a child to find their voice and a way through. Limited individual sessions for children approx 7-12 years.
