Hi, and welcome to my art, painting and illusration pages. I have painted all my life. My art can be ethereal, a painting or illustration telling a story. It can also be whimsical or quirky as a drawing rather than a painting. My art is intended to inspire and bring joy. As a creative alchemist, I embody the Artist/Designer, Writer/Storyteller, and Personal Growth/Spiritual aspects.
Through art and storytelling, I illuminate the journey of self-discovery, resilience, and kindness — for children and adults alike. This site focuses on my art and stories. Even my Portraits are stories as well as art.
I am currently working on a story book.
My current paintings over the past 10 years focus on the spiritual and interpretation of dreaming/magical/ethereal and elementals. My paintings often tell a story or inspire imagination.

'Evolving' is a recent Sunday afternoon watercolour painting where I went for a walk, picked up a leaf and painted my impressions afterwards.

All my illustrations tell a story.
This one is encouraging the viewer to look forward ... encourage someone to look forward. It depicts transitions, symbolised by a fresh green shoot emerging from a seed planted long ago. This shoot has now grown into a flourishing tree, brimming with love, healing, blessings, and endless possibilities.
This video is an example of my process of developing an illustration for a full design project I created some years ago. The lyrebird is a favourite illustration for me.
